lpv:spoken text	"Parliament’s resolution welcomes the agreement reached on EFSI but indicates that CEF and Horizon 2020 are essential programmes for jobs and growths in Europe and therefore sends a signal to the other institutions that Parliament will seek to remedy these redeployments in the upcoming annual budgetary procedures. The content of DAB 1 needs to follow the agreement found with Council on the legislative file which was adopted by Council on 19 June with a small change in nomenclature only, in line with the overall agreement. The legislative file was adopted by Parliament on 24 June. EFSI will be established during the summer of 2015 within the European Investment Bank by means of an agreement between the European Commission and the bank (‘EFSI agreement’)."@en1
