People using public transport across Europe deserve a full range of options when it comes to getting from A to B, but this cannot happen without an easy-to-use ticketing system, with clear prices and timetables. This report highlights the positive steps that the EU can take to improve passenger experience and make booking journeys easier. This is of particular importance for those passengers with reduced mobility or other disabilities, so that people with such disabilities are able to make travel bookings and indeed travel, without unnecessary inconvenience."@en1
