"I voted in favour of this Draft Amending Budget which accompanies the proposal for the mobilisation of the Solidarity Fund for Romania, Bulgaria and Italy. The four natural disasters together amount to EUR 66.5 million. As the Solidarity Fund is a special instrument, the appropriations should be budgeted outside the corresponding MFF ceilings."@en1
