My constituency of the West Midlands is all too familiar with such natural disasters and knows well the importance of EU funding in ensuring a quick recovery. Although it is not ideal that the mobilisation of the funds in this instance increases the annual budget for 2015 into the margins, I can give my support given the MFF ceiling is not surpassed."@en1
