lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this Report as fishing vessels flying the flag of Venezuela have been authorised to operate in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) of the French overseas department of Guiana for several decades. In light of this fact, the EU has decided to grant fishing authorisations to a limited number of fishing vessels flying the flag of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. These vessels will be entitled to fish in that part of the exclusive economic zone off the coast of French Guiana that lies more than 12 nautical miles from the base lines."@en1
