Today we commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 7/7 terror attacks in London, and I hope this whole Chamber will join together with the eight London MEPs from all political parties in paying tribute to those who lost their lives and their families; the servicemen and women who saved lives and assisted the injured; and the people who next day went back to work in defiance of those who sought to divide us through acts of terror. Today, I hope this Chamber will agree that we stand here united and resolute in defending pluralism, diversity and freedom. We stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of London to show these terrorists who seek to undermine us that we will never allow their fear to win through, and that we will walk together with the people of London."@en1
