"Madam President, something is puzzling me about this debate. Firstly, as Mr Schwab said, we have had free-trade agreements, which obviously are about economic growth and progress. Yet we have been led to believe that a free-trade agreement with the biggest power in the world would actually not create jobs and growth. This is mindboggling.
