lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as I think we need to look back at the economic governance framework that was put in place primarily during the financial crisis. I think the focus of this report, particularly on sound and sustainable public finances and structural reforms in order to increase competitiveness, is very welcome. But we do need to acknowledge that the 2-pack and 6-pack rules have worked well so far but it is too early to fully assess the regulations at this point in time."@en1
