This report will improve monitoring and the functioning of the Fund, as well as creating a network for sharing best practice. Wales has suffered from large-scale job losses and could qualify for use of the Fund. However, despite repeated requests, the government refuses to apply. I will continue to work to get the same benefits for Welsh workers as those in other countries of Europe."@en1
