lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the resolution on the OLAF Supervisory Committee’s annual report 2014. It is regrettable that the SC has had to continuously point out its inability to supervise OLAF’s independence and carry out its investigative function due to a lack of access to necessary information, which appears to stem from a fundamental difference of views between the SC and the OLAF D—G in their perceptions of the SC’s role. It is essential that the SC be able to fully implement its mandate, and I welcome the call on the Commission to take measures to improve the SC’s ability to supervise OLAF’s independence, its investigative function, the application of procedural guarantees and the duration of investigations without, however, putting OLAF’s independence at risk."@en1
