lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, the EU needs a new strategy for its relations with Russia. The Russian occupation of Crimea, the continuous military aggression in eastern Ukraine and the blunt violation of international agreements have all come together to put EU-Russia relations at a crossroads. This Parliament must condemn the most recently-announced blacklist banning EU politicians, including 19 MEPs, from entering Russia. It is a breach of international law, violating universal standards and impeding transparency by the Russian leadership. It disrespects Parliament, but it is also an insult to the EU as a whole. And the European Union adheres to the very principles of the rule of law, transparency and self-determination. We must send a clear message to Russia that there will be more, tougher sanctions if the international obligations and the Minsk Agreements are not respected by Moscow."@en1
