"I support this report’s approval of the Commission recommendation for a Council decision regarding the accession of Croatia to the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters. The accession will encourage and facilitate mutual assistance between judicial, police and customs authorities on criminal matters in Croatia and other Member States.
