lpv:spoken text	"I strongly support this report as it addresses the important and complex issue of intellectual property rights (IPR) enforcement in a balanced fashion. In particular I support the calls for further attempts to make EU citizens, and young people in particular, aware of the real consequences of IPR infringement, both the economic impact and the detrimental effect it has on businesses’ willingness to innovate, and to provide more information on identifying IPR-infringing products. Without public support, any IPR legislation will be difficult to enforce. I also support the calls to assist SMEs in upholding their IPR, in particular by limiting their burden and costs in any IPR-related legislation. Finally, keeping legislation up to date with ever-changing online IPR infringement should be a priority and I support the call to establish an Expert Group to facilitate this."@en1
