SMEs, creative industries, artists and others have significant concerns with regard to IPR, and I welcome the establishment of a working group to monitor infringements of IPR, as well as the recognition of a need for precise detection systems that lead to the swift interruption of commercial-scale IPR—infringing strategies."@en1
