lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report as it argues that strong IPR protection is important for our creative and manufacturing industries. The report emphasises the importance of distinguishing between counterfeit hard goods and pirated online content. This was a key flaw in the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) in 2012 and a reason for its rejection. It also cautions that any external rules should reflect our own ongoing internal development of IPR protection. Key text on access to medicine has also been adopted to emphasise that nothing in IPR rules should hamper the production or block the transit of legitimate generic medicine."@en1
