A debate with just a handful of MEPs present is not much of a debate. I voted against, partly because this should not be a European Union competence, but also because I believe that the rights of small business must be safeguarded and I feel that this report does not do that. Finally, I am also concerned about the potential for this report to lead to the European Union interfering in third countries in an unacceptable way."@en1
