lpv:spoken text	". ‒ Although I do not wholeheartedly agree with continuous support to the common agricultural policy, I did vote in favour of the Siekierski report on the adjustment rate for direct payments in respect of 2015, because I believe that if we are legally bound to pay, we should ensure that payments are made in a timely manner. I also believe it is important that the Commission set up an agricultural crisis reserve that could provide emergency support to the sector when needed. Crucial in gaining my support, however, was the fact that crisis measures undertaken on the basis of this regulation are paid for by the farmers themselves, because it is vital we avoid pressure on additional union financing."@en1
