lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report because it would lead to British farmers contributing a disproportionate amount of their direct payments to fund a crisis reserve which they do not exploit. The adjustment rate for direct payments would only be applied to direct payments per farmer in excess of EUR 2 000. Farmers throughout much of Central and Eastern Europe receive payments of less than EUR 2 000. Therefore the burden would fall upon countries such as the UK, which receive higher amounts per farmer."@en1
