However, there were a number of problematic provisions in the proposal. A primary concern being that due diligence should be applied throughout the complete supply chain and not just to smelters and refiners. However, as amendments which were tabled in order to strengthen this proposal were passed in the vote, I voted in favour of this proposal."@en1
