lpv:spoken text	"I believe that overall the report could have been more ambitious, as the text focuses heavily on issues related to financing for SMEs and not enough attention is devoted to concrete initiatives for further sustainability, resource efficiency, energy efficiency and the circular economy. However my colleagues in the S&D Group managed to include micro—enterprises and start-ups in the report and ensure that these businesses are covered by new initiatives focusing on green growth. In addition, the S&D Group also ensured that industrial synergies, symbioses and clusters are promoted within the text. Finally, the S&D Group ensured that the Commission is encouraged to come forward with concrete initiatives on cross-sectoral cooperation and resource management."@en1
