However, on paragraph 80, amendment 2, I voted against as this amendment lacked clarity and it was unclear as to whether the Commission were being asked to consider a legal framework of incentives for antibiotics for human use, for example with extended market exclusivity. However, overall the report was positive and it was for these reasons that I voted in favour."@en1
