lpv:spoken text	"I strongly support Albania’s European integration process, I welcome the good progress achieved so far and I would encourage further efforts and tangible results. The opening of accession negotiations with Albania will constitute a major incentive for the country to step up the pace. Ensuring political consensus and developing a genuine democratic dialogue are elements of the utmost importance. Albania plays an important role in the Western Balkans region. We recognise its constructive and pro-active stance on regional security and stability and cooperation with neighbouring states, and we discourage statements that can send wrong signals. The future of Albania and of all the other countries of the Western Balkans is in the EU."@en1
