lpv:spoken text	"In order to allow time to deliberate further and to table the best possible report, I voted in favour of postponing the vote on the suspension of exceptional trade measures with regard to Bosnia and Herzegovina. I welcome these proposed reforms to the HYPERLINK "http://ec.europa.eu/enlargement/policy/glossary/terms/saa_en.htm" Stabilisation and Association Agreements and the Interim Agreement in the Western Balkans region. The extension of Autonomous Trade Measures (ATMs) will continue to offer economic and political support to the Western Balkan countries, while including a key human rights clause, of which labour rights conditionality forms part, attached to the trade measures. I also support proposals to allow Parliament a greater role in scrutiny of the Western Balkan countries’ compliance with the human rights clause, and in ATM suspension if necessary. In the long term, however, I cannot support any third country discriminating against EU Member States, and the ability to use the suspension clause is necessary."@en1
