lpv:spoken text	"I supported the report on the 2013 discharge for the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work. I welcome the Agency´s achievements during the implementation period of the EU-OSHA Strategy from 2009-2013, in particular the promotion of online interactive tools for small and medium-sized enterprises in the area of occupational safety and health management. While I note that the level of committed appropriations carried over to 2014 was high I appreciate the Agency´s explanation that in part these carry-overs were caused by the planned year-end purchase of goods and services related to the Agency’s move into its new premises which the Agency moved to at the beginning of 2014 and which has resulted in a significant decrease in rent costs."@en1
