lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Report on the 2013 Discharge for CEDEFOP. As Rapporteur for the Opinion of the Employment and Social Affairs Committee I was pleased to see the Rapporteur took the opinion into account in his final report. As was acknowledged by the Rapporteur the Centre is to be commended for completing the corrective actions highlighted by the Court of Auditors in the previous year and also for the outcomes of the 2013 evaluation by the Commission, which recognised it as a leading centre of expertise worldwide on qualifications frameworks and skills and that it had an important impact on strengthening the cooperation between VET policy stakeholders in Europe. I look forward to working with the Centre in the course of my work on the Employment and Social Affairs Committee."@en1
