This would mean that previously agreed funds can be accessed at the launch of a scheme, so that it can be implemented quickly. Labour MEPs led the campaign in creating the YEI, which is available in regions where more than 25% of 15-25 year olds are unemployed. Every young person should have the possibility of getting a job, an apprenticeship or professional training within four months of becoming unemployed."@en1
