The final offer includes a cap on conventional biofuels of 7% that can be counted towards the 10% target for renewable energy in transport and set a non-binding target of 0.5% for advanced biofuels. It also obliges fuel suppliers to report on the indirect land use change (ILUC) emissions of their fuels, but these will not be taken into account when calculating fuels’ carbon footprint under the fuel quality directive."@en1
