The Employment Committee plays a key role in advising Employment and Social Affairs Ministers in the Employment and Social Affairs Council, by monitoring progressive aims such as the Youth Guarantee. The Scottish Government is supportive of the Youth Guarantee and it has proven to be effective in producing a decline in the rate of young people not in education, employment or training in Scotland."@en1
