"I voted for this report along with my Socialist colleagues to ensure that Ukraine can avail of much needed macro-financial assistance. The Ukrainian economy is experiencing several problems and if facing a serious crisis. The EU has consistently expressed its support for assisting Ukraine in its economic and political stabilisation and reforms and this financial assistance is an expression of solidarity with the Ukrainian people and of support for them as they move forward."@en1
