An alliance between Europe and the Arab States in a fight against terrorism is therefore vital. We can learn from the experiences of Arab countries that already have strategies in place for countering extremism. Europe and the Arab League states must pursue a comprehensive counter—terrorism strategy that tackles the root causes of radicalisation."@en1
