lpv:spoken text	"Socialist and Democrat MEPs strongly support the European integration process of Kosovo and therefore voted in favour of the resolution. The new government in Kosovo must urgently pursue the necessary reforms on the rule of law, corruption, employment etc. with commitment and determination. To date, 23 out of 28 Member States have recognised Kosovo’s independence, and this resolution encourages the remaining five Member States to proceed with the recognition of Kosovo. Strengthening relations with its neighbours should be seen as a method to advance stabilisation in the region."@en1
