lpv:spoken text	"There were a number of positive aspects to the 2014 Progress report on Kosovo. The text outlines a number of current social and economic issues facing Kosovo including poverty, ethnic division and need for reconciliation, unemployment, minority rights and the social exclusion of or discrimination against women, the LGBT community, etc. However, the report also calls for ‘structural economic reforms’ and further liberalisation of its market which I believe would be damaging for Kosovo and its people, as it has been for many other countries in Europe and beyond. On this basis I abstained."@en1
