lpv:spoken text	"I welcome the progress achieved by Montenegro on the path to EU accession and encourage continuation of EU- related reforms. Montenegro should now focus on reforms relating to the rule of law, the improvement of public administration and increasing transparency within the political system. I continue to strongly support the aspirations of the Western Balkan countries to engage in European reforms and to become EU members themselves. The process of integration will strengthen the democratic institutions of those countries, modernise their economies and thus improve the lives of citizens. Labour Party Members and the S&D Group will be sure to keep enlargement high on the EU’s political agenda."@en1
