lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Pirinski Report on the fight against fraud because we owe it to our citizens to adopt a strong, unified approach to tackling fraud across all EU Member States. In 2013, EUR 309 million of EU funds was lost to fraud. Fast action is required, including strengthening of the measures already in place, simplification of EU rules and upgrading of the administrative capacities of Member States. When it comes to misusing taxpayersʼ money, we need to adopt a zero-tolerance policy."@en1
