lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Report on the Annual Report on Competition Policy. The European Union has a vital role to play in making sure that companies across Europe can compete on a level playing field. In addition, the EU must ensure that services like healthcare are protected from a race to the bottom that comes along with privatisation. In reference to the LuxLeaks scandal and multinational companies as a whole, companies can act in a fundamentally anti-competitive way when they relocate and reduce their tax rates to almost nothing. Action must be taken at European level to stop this from happening."@en1
