lpv:spoken text	"I voted for the Tarabella report on equality between women and men in the European Union in 2013. This is because the report discusses many areas where urgent progress is required, and not least the need for women to be able to exercise control over their reproductive health, and for better and higher-quality access to information and services in the area of sexual and reproductive health. One of the articles of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union actually obliges the EU to protect and improve health protection within Europe. Sexual and reproductive health are an essential element of people’s overall well-being. This is particularly relevant in the UK where there is evidence that standards of sexual health are falling and insufficient progress is being made against communicable sexually-transmitted diseases."@en1
