lpv:spoken text	"I am pleased to support the application for the Mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund made by Saint-Gobain Sekurit. The European Globalisation Adjustment Fund was set up to provide additional assistance to workers who have lost their jobs as a result of major structural changes in world trade patterns. SGS Benelux was gravely impacted by the decrease and shift in production of automotive safety glass, resulting in 257 redundancies. Those made redundant are mainly production line workers, who will need to retrain to find new employment. I therefore voted in favour of this report, as it is a means by which the EU can give valuable support to these workers by helping them re-enter the labour market."@en1
