This will allow investors to put their money into companies and projects that need long-term capital. These long-term investment funds are designed to increase the amount of non-bank finance available for companies investing in the real economy of the European Union and offer investors more opportunities and the necessary protection to participate in investment schemes in Europe, thereby making more investment capital available."@en1
