I voted in favour of this report because it is a means by which the EU can give valuable help to local economies hard hit by company closures. This particular case shows the beneficial flexibility in the nature of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund, as the number of workers affected was below the criteria. I regret that the government has not taken advantage of this fund in Wales."@en1
