lpv:spoken text	"I was very happy to support the proposal to set up a Special Committee on Tax Rulings and Other Measures. This Special Committee will allow investigation and discussion of issues such as the third-country dimension of aggressive tax planning, administrative cooperation in the field of taxation, the application of EU state-aid and taxation law in relation to tax rulings. EU citizens are genuinely concerned about the prospect of large multinationals using systems to evade paying the required levels of corporation tax and hopefully this Committee will work towards an equitable system while respecting the principle of subsidiarity."@en1
