"I voted against the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Senegal as it is not adequate. The section on Black Hake poses a problem, as does the subversion of the Senegalese provisions on surveillance of fishing activities. We in Wales believe that the sea should be sustainably and responsibly fished, and this agreement is not a productive measure in helping achieve this."@en1
