lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, we voted in favour of all these reports as they allow for the accession of a number of countries to the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. These need to be welcomed as it will help extend the legal framework to countries that are not presently covered by the Hague Convention. In real terms this will provide a pragmatic solution where a child has been abducted and taken to another country without the consent of the parents. Furthermore, the overarching principle of these reports provides that the welfare of the child should be the first and foremost consideration in childcare proceedings, which is something we all should ensure is paramount at all times."@en1
