lpv:spoken text	"I am disappointed to hear references in today's debate to the European Arrest Warrant, a pernicious piece of legislation which allows UK citizens to be extradited without the case ever being heard by a British court to weigh up whether the evidence is sufficient to warrant extradition. Even more disturbingly, the British Conservative Party chose to opt back into this legislation when it had the opportunity to do so and stifled the Westminster Parliament in the process. We need strong national security and borders to counter terrorism; let us by all means share best practice with our European neighbours but security must be sovereign."@en1
