lpv:spoken text	"The Cooperation Agreement on a civil Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) between the European Community and Morocco will greatly add to the development of scientific progress and the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the two parties. Morocco has know-how in space technology and applications which will add to EU know-how in this field and will allow Morocco to develop its use of satellite radio-navigation on its territory and in the surrounding region. This Agreement also provides Morocco with the means to contribute to GNSS-related research in the context of the EU research and innovation programmes and it is great to see the EU cooperating with other countries to spread R&D innovations across the globe."@en1
