I was going to raise it during the votes but I did not want to be holding up the House and I did not want to put you, Mr President, who has done an excellent job, perhaps in a comprising position. It was in relation to the oral amendment – I think it was Amendment No 11 – which we discussed in relation to the impact assessment.
We took a roll call vote and then the ALDE representative stood up and put an oral amendment. That is the way I understood it. Normally I would have seen oral amendments being taken before the amendment is put. So I was just wondering: is that an explanation for it, rather, an explanation of vote?"@en1
