lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, what we have heard today over and over again is talk about sovereignty, independence and democracy, the legitimacy of borders and people having their own freedom. And yet what we are actually talking about is people being freed from Russian tyranny in order to be moved over to the rules of the EU. Freedom is not to choose who rules you, whose sets of laws you have: freedom is to make your own laws. In this debate that we have had today, person after person has tried to ask questions to properly debate this issue, and due to time and the way this place works we have not even been able to do that properly. There is no way that this place can properly discuss individual freedoms and the rights of peoples – it is not appropriate, it is not fit for purpose to do this. So I say that we need to think again about these very important issues. This place is not appropriate for these things."@en1
