lpv:spoken text	"According to the Commission Convergence Report 2014 () and the European Central Bank Convergence Report of June 2014, Lithuania now complies with the legal and economic preconditions for adoption of the euro laid down in Article 140 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Protocol No 13 on the convergence criteria, namely: legal compatibility with the Treaty, price stability, sound and sustainable public finances, durability of convergence, and exchange rate stability. The ECR Group takes the view that EU Member States which fulfil all the criteria and wish to join the euro should be allowed to do so. The Group position was therefore in favour of the Langen report."@en1
