lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, which covers the simplification of laws regarding pressure equipment. It was separated from the Alignment Package presented in November 2011 because it also contains an alignment with another regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The main aim of the proposal is to reduce shortcomings in the existing legislation to complete the Single Market, generate competition and ensure safe products. There are enhanced consumer protection measures and labelling requirements, calls for action to be taken by Member States against the improper use of CE marking, and provisions for a single point of contact where the manufacturer can be contacted."@en1
