"I voted in favour of this report which aims to facilitate the use of alternative fuels and to break the vicious circle in which customers do not buy alternative fuel cars because there is a lack of related infrastructure. My constituents in Wales are concerned about climate change and one way we can reduce the impact we have on the climate is to cut carbon emissions from cars."@en1
