When this comes into force, my constituents in Wales will no longer face rip-off charges for using their mobile phones abroad. Ending mobile phone roaming charges has been a long time coming but now consumers and businesses will be charged the same to make a call or use Internet data in another EU country as they do at home and this is really good news for all travellers."@en1
